I teach frazzled midlife women quick and easy nutrition and lifestyle tips to relieve symptoms and protect their long-term health, because:-  

1. we’re often too busy living life and spinning all the plates for a lonnnnnng programme of extreme sports, detoxes and deprivation diets and

2. as well as lousy symptoms, our risk of chronic disease increases with peri and menopause, so thanks Mother Nature.

I’m a degree qualified, registered nutritional therapist and certified women's health coach.
